Food Delivery Policy
To ensure timely and efficient service, please review our food delivery policy:
Lunch Deliveries: All lunch orders will be delivered by 2:00 PM daily.
Dinner Deliveries: All dinner orders will be delivered by 10:00 PM daily.
We strive to meet these delivery times consistently. However, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or high order volumes may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

1. Order Cancellation: once order placed can not be cancelled .
2. Issues with Your Order
If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes to 1 hour of receiving your delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the issue.
Missing Items: If an item you ordered is missing from your delivery, we will either:
Offer a refund for the missing item or
Arrange for the missing item to be delivered to you as soon as possible (subject to food item availability).
Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will either:
Offer a full refund for the incorrect item or
Arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you and pick up the incorrect item (if feasible).
Food Quality Concerns: If you have concerns with the quality of food (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, significant deviation from standard), please contact us immediately. We may:
Offer a partial or full refund for the affected item(s) or
Offer a credit for a future order.
Request the return of the unsatisfactory food for inspection.
Damaged Packaging/Spillage: If your order arrives with significant damage to packaging leading to spillage and making the food inedible, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial or full refund or a replacement order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds or replacements may not be provided in the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the food has been prepared or dispatched.
Taste Preference: While we strive for consistency and quality, individual taste preferences do not qualify for a refund.
Delayed Delivery: delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control generally do not qualify for a refund. However, if the delay is significant and impacts the quality of your food, please contact us.
Incorrect Address Provided: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, resulting in non-delivery, a refund will not be issued. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via UPI payment method.
6. Our Discretion
Rasoi Rhapsody reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and the method of resolution on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction.
